Topic and Unit Description
Unit 1: BSBLDR411 Demonstrate leadership in the workplace
Learn how to model effective leadership by setting a positive example, fostering a productive work environment, and guiding teams to achieve organisational goals. Uncover the type of leader that you would like to be.
Unit 2: BSBPEF502 Develop and use emotional intelligence
Enhance emotional awareness, understand its impact on workplace relationships, and use emotional intelligence to manage stress, improve communication, and navigate challenges.
