This foundational qualification is perfect for people beginning their career or building confidence in core business skills across communication, customer service and digital work. It’s practical, accessible and designed to support small businesses and emerging talent right here in our region.

Guided by experienced facilitators, learners grow their confidence, strengthen their professional capability, and gain a nationally recognised qualification that opens doors across multiple industries. Build a clearer understanding of your strengths, values and work style so you can show up with confidence and contribute effectively in the workplace.

BSBPEF201 Support personal wellbeing in the workplace
Learn simple, practical ways to maintain your wellbeing at work, manage stress, and create healthy habits that support your performance.

BSBPEF301 Organise personal work priorities
Develop skills to plan your day, manage tasks, and stay organised so you can meet deadlines and work more efficiently.
